Subject: Manipur Players’ Day. 

Sir/Madam

On the coming of Manipur Players’ Day, 25th Feb.2010. The Manipur Students’ Association Delhi (MSAD) is glad to extend warm wishes to all the players of Manipur who have shown the world their courage, commitments and abilities in different sporting fields. MSAD hopes players of Manipur will keep the flame of flame in times to come. In relation to Manipur players’ Day, MSAD appeals to the Government of Manipur that the following points may be considered:-

1. Manipuri players need an official sports policy.

2. Physical Education in both Government and Privates school upto senior secondary level will enhance shaping of talented sports person.

Once again MSAD appeals to the people of Manipur to support and promote the sports players’ in every possible ways.
